The important part of window cleaning is attention to detail. All of our work is done by hand, whenever possible to ensure the highest quality. With the use of professional window cleaning equipment, the result is a streak and drip free finish. Frames and sills are wiped with sponges to remove excess water. Edges are cleaned with a chamois and drop sheets are used to protect carpet and furniture.
Pressure washing is a great way to restore the look of many exterior surfaces. Using a gas powered machine is the quickest method of removing unwanted "green" from patios, retaining walls, pool decks and driveways with simple water pressure. We take care to protect sensitive items and rinse any overspray from surrounding areas.
Soft washing is suitable on more delicate surfaces such as siding, awnings, balcony railings and skylights. Using brushes and mild detergent followed by a thorough rinse, dirt is gently removed.
Gutter cleaning is an essential part of home maintenance to ensure proper drainage. While cleaning out debris, gutters are visually inspected and any necessary repairs are recommended. In addition to wiping the exterior face of the gutters, a flow-test is performed to check that all spouts are clear.
